Direct Connect Solutions was founded as Customized Business Services, Inc., a printing and mailing company in 1985 with two staff members and a 750-square-foot office on Church Street. The following 20 years have been filled with growth, expansion, purchase and incorporation of other companies, two name changes and four moves that have led us to our current two locations of over 70,000 square feet and 50 of the greatest staff in the world!
