April has been developing successful automated trigger based communication processes in the disease management and health and wellness arena for over a decade. April's experience as a programmer has afforded her the knowledge to integrate electronic and physical communications into a complete customer life-cycle process. April graduated Cum Laude from Sacramento State University with her bachelor’s degree in Social Science and minors in Economics and History. April and her husband have one child, a junior at Austin Peay State University. When not engaged in developing successful marketing programs April spends her time involved in one home construction project or another. |

Tracy L. Hagans is Vice President of Direct Connect Solutions and has been a vital part of operational development since 1999, establishing a proficient team dedicated to providing top quality service to an expanding marketable clientele. Tracy ensures the use of cutting edge technology and machinery enabling our customers to reach their audience across the globe in a more efficient and creative manner. Before Direct Connect Solutions Tracy was a published writer for C & P Nashville and Warner Chappell Music / Encore Entertainment and an artist with Giant Records. Tracy has completed several Business Management courses at Trevecca Nazarene University and has completed professional business training through Dale Carnegie. Tracy has been married for 11 years and has two children; a son 6 years old, and a daughter 3 years old. He is active in church and enjoys fishing, helping coach his son’s baseball team, writing songs and playing guitar.
